I've been with Cloud Cover for over 6 years and one of the only non-technical people on the team. That gives me a unique perspective when working with clients. I understand their frustrations when IT doesn't work for them. I can speak the language of IT to others that might not be so technically savvy. Like you, I want to successfully run a business.
