BRENT KENREICH | CEO

Cloud Cover LLC was founded by Brent Kenreich, who has more than 25 years of experience in IT, finance and consulting. He holds premier certifications from Microsoft, VMware, and Cisco, CompTIA and Banyan. His first MCSE was for Windows NT in 1997. He has a B.S. in computer science as well as a graduate degree in finance from The Ohio State University. He recently added published author to his credentials with the release of an exam guide covering Microsoft’s Windows 2012 Operating system. Brent has installed phone systems, planned and supervised the migration of entire data centers, upgraded switch fabrics and moved entire networks to the “cloud”. He also provided automation support for a deployment of 14,000 workstations and 800 servers on a multi-year project. Under Cloud Cover, Brent has implemented and directed IT processes for companies that produce over 200 million in revenue, annually.

HOLLI HOUSEWORTH LANGFORD | DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Holli is a Columbus, Ohio native who graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Textile Science. Her career began in Interior Design where she built several design programs for various companies looking to expand their businesses. Holli has experience in managing and running small family owned businesses and larger corporate run companies. She is the proud mom to Emily, and Ian, her dogs, Lulu and Willie and new rescue kittens, Peppermint Patty and Marcie. She enjoys Pilates, cooking, music and traveling with her husband, Mitch.

EMILY JONES | SERVICE DESK COORDINATOR

Emily was born and raised in Southern Ohio and now lives in Westerville and she is a mom to one adorable little girl. She comes to us with many certifications from the University of Michigan but don't worry, she is still a Buckeyes fan. She loves to paint and cook, especially French and Indian dishes.

GERALD GRIESSEL | TECHNICAL PROJECT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Gerald is from Cape Town, South Africa and brings to our team his adventurous and outdoorsy spirit. He is an expert in many areas of IT and is certified in VMWare, Microsoft and VEEAM. Taking clients to the next level in their business is a Goal he strives to achieve. Kitesurfing, hiking, stand up paddle boarding and surfing is what you will find him doing on weekends.

MICHAEL MARAIS | TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Michael is from the beautiful, Richards Bay, South Africa. He has many certifications and his degree in IT Networking and was awarded as a top student in his graduating class. He now has 11 years of experience in IT in all aspects of from end user support to more advanced networking, firewall and server support. In his free time, Michael enjoys cycling, being outdoors and gaming.

JOSH CREAMER | ON SITE IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Josh started his career in IT in 2010 and has worked with many aspects of IT support ranging from end user support to technical engineering to management. He holds certifications in Microsoft and Apple and is pursuing more certifications as he is constantly looking to grow his skills and gain more knowledge in the industry. In Josh’s free time he enjoys writing music, exercising, practicing muay Thai and hanging out with his cats, Thing 1 and Thing 2.

KAYLA HETRICK | MARKETING ASSISTANT

Kayla is an Otterbein MBA graduate student from Columbus, Ohio. Her passion for meaningful work has led her to contribute her skills to nonprofits and small businesses. She enjoys traveling abroad, true crime podcasts, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. Kayla’s next European trip is starting in Iceland and ending in Barcelona!

Lulu is happy to be our CDO and takes pride in doing a great job for our team everyday. Lulu is a Columbus, Ohio native Golden Doodle and lives with her family, including her dog brother Willie and kitten sisters, Peppermint Patty and Marcie. Her daily responsibilities include, increasing team morale, alerting the team to visitors, napping, receiving attention from the team and doing tricks for treats.

The goal of this book is not to introduce or thoroughly explain the material covered on the 70-417 exam. Rather, the aim of this book is to provide an in-depth review for those already familiar with the material. It reduces the number of surprise questions that often appear on a Microsoft exam -- questions that can make test takers wonder exactly what exam objectives would have led them to study the material in question.
