BRENT KENREICH | CEO

Brent Kenreich is the CEO and Founder of Cloud Cover, a Managed Service Provider based in Worthington, Ohio. With more than 25 years of experience across IT, finance, and consulting, Brent has built a reputation as a trusted leader who helps businesses harness technology to work smarter and more securely.

He holds premier certifications from Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, CompTIA, and Banyan, and earned his first MCSE in Windows NT back in 1997. Brent is also the published author of a Microsoft Windows 2012 exam guide, reflecting his deep technical expertise and commitment to knowledge-sharing.

Academically, he combines technical and financial insight, holding a B.S. in Computer Science along with a graduate degree in Finance from The Ohio State University. This unique blend allows him to bridge the gap between technology and business strategy, ensuring clients get solutions that are both innovative and cost-effective.

Outside of Cloud Cover, Brent is dedicated to his family and community. He lives in Worthington with his wife and two sons and is actively involved in local initiatives, where he brings the same passion for problem-solving and leadership that he applies in business.

HOLLI HOUSEWORTH LANGFORD | DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Holli plays a key role in ensuring organizational efficiency, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth. A proud Columbus, Ohio native, Holli earned her B.S. in Textile Science from The Ohio State University.

Her career began in interior design, where she built and led design programs for companies seeking to expand their services and strengthen their brands. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience managing both small, family-owned businesses and large corporate operations, giving her a unique perspective on leadership, adaptability, and customer experience. At Cloud Cover, Holli draws on this diverse background to streamline operations, foster collaboration, and help the company deliver exceptional value to its clients.

Holli enjoys spending time at home with her husband, children, dog Lulu, and cats Peppermint Patty and Marcie. Her passions include gardening and caring for houseplants, practicing Pilates, exploring new recipes in the kitchen, and traveling. A lover of music and creativity, she finds joy in blending her professional strengths with her personal interests to build meaningful connections and experiences.

Emily was born and raised in Southern Ohio and now lives in Westerville. She is a mom to one adorable little girl. She comes to us with many certifications from the University of Michigan but don't worry, she is still a Buckeyes' fan. She loves to paint and cook, especially French and Indian dishes.

MICHAEL MARAIS | TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Michael is from the beautiful Richards Bay, South Africa. He has many certifications and his degree in IT Networking, and was awarded as a top student in his graduating class. He now has 11 years of experience in IT in all aspects of from end user support to more advanced networking, firewall and server support. In his free time, Michael enjoys cycling, being outdoors, and gaming.

LYNN SCIOLI | HELPDESK DISPATCHER

Lynn has been living in Central Ohio for the past 15 years. She is a graduate of Arizona State University and brings years of experience in the MSP field previously working for a datacenter in Westchester County, New York. After a hiatus from the workforce to raise her son, she is glad to be back. In her spare time, Lynn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing tennis, cooking, music, and trivia. Lynn lives in Powell with her husband and son.

Luis is originally from Norwalk, Ohio. He is passionate about technology and always looking for ways to grow, whether that’s earning new certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, or diving into the latest IT solutions. Luis enjoys helping others navigate tech challenges and making sure systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Outside of work, he is a big fan of bowling, fitness, and exploring new places, especially when good food is involved. He also enjoys video games and values any opportunity to learn something new, whether it’s tech-related or just a new experience. Luis believes in staying curious, being adaptable, and bringing a positive attitude to every project and interaction.

Derik has been working in the IT industry since 2014 and has spent his most of his career in the managed services world. Over the years, he has built a strong foundation in technical support while also learning the importance of building trusted, lasting client relationships.

Known for working well under pressure, Derik brings a steady, dependable approach to solving problems and helping clients navigate their day-to-day technology needs. His experience in the MSP space has given him a deep understanding of both the technical and human side of IT support.

Outside of work, Derik enjoys spending time with his fiancée, exploring a newfound love of photography, listening to Mumford & Sons, and growing his vinyl collection.

CINDY SHEETS | RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Cindy is a native Columbus, Ohioan and a lifelong Buckeye fan. She has worked in the central Ohio IT market for over 30 years, holding various progressive positions in various industries. She loves to cook and entertain friends and celebrate the Buckeyes and Browns (not often)! She has the very best job of Grandma to two little girls that her and her husband adore. Cindy is Mom to Sam and daughter-in-law, Mary.

They enjoy spending time at Sheets home on the North Coast, on the beach in Huron, Ohio with her husband and dog Jackson.

Cindy loves to travel— She has been on many cruises and has visited destinations across the globe. Next up is Alaska next summer!

RACHEL TAYLOR | MARKETING ASSISTANT

Rachel was born and raised in Zanesville, Ohio. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Marketing from the Fisher College of Business. Lulu is happy to be our CDO and takes pride in doing a great job for our team everyday. Lulu is a Columbus, Ohio native Golden Doodle and takes her marching orders from her cat sisters, Peppermint Patty, Marcie and Tullulah. Her daily responsibilities include increasing team morale, alerting the team to visitors, napping, receiving attention from the team, and doing tricks for treats.
