About Us

We are looking for a teammate who is ready to define processes, set standards for service delivery, and learn new tools and technologies. While we value experience, we seek a team player with passion for IT— an engineer engaged in the work, who creatively and willingly participates in technical problem solving. Our clients are mainly in the Central Ohio area.

• This is a growth position within a growing company. You must have a thirst for growing and learning in technology.
• This Senior IT Project Engineer should be comfortable working in a team environment and directly with customers. Information Technology constantly evolves, and candidates must have the drive to stay on the forefront of technology relative to the services we provide.
• Must be an experienced engineer who embraces new challenges and enjoys variety.
• Must have excellent written and verbal skills. The Senior Technical Consultant interacts directly with clients and represents our company.
• Salary is based on experience and performance on a technical quiz.
  
  

The ideal candidate will:

• Define technical standards and reference architectures.
• Serve as escalation point for other team members and jump into the ticket queue to help as needed.
• Review tickets for patterns and work to eliminate the root causes of issues.
• Design client-based solutions and present these solutions to clients.
