We are seeking a dynamic Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position is a part time role with the ability to work a flexible schedule. Working hours would fall between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday but this is variable and we are open to someone who would like to work either a couple of hours in the morning or afternoon or longer shifts a couple of days per week. The ideal candidate will assist in sales and marketing activities, contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support sales and marketing in daily administrative tasks
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as videos, email content, presentations, and social media content
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement strategies for attracting new customers
- Participate in sales meetings and assist with vendor management and various sales tasks
- Assist with customer inquiries and follow ups and provide excellent customer service Assist in organizing sales events and promotional activities
- Periodically visiting client sites to say hello and bring treats as a part of account management efforts
- Reaching out to top prospects through calls, emails, social reach
- Attending occasional networking events
- Various administrative tasks to support the team

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong desire to learn the following:

B2B Marketing and Sales

- Previous Customer Service Experience is a plus

- Marketing CRM experience, Hubspot is a plus

- Social media platforms such as Linkedin, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Facebook

- Familiarity with outside sales, direct sales, cold calling, or technology sales is advantageous

- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-oriented approach are a must

- Must be able to travel to client sites as needed to perform the necessary functions of this role

- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 15-25 hours per week, Flexible Schedule, Monday through Friday during normal business hours
This job would be based at our office in Worthington, Ohio. We are only accepting applicants that live in the Central Ohio area. This is not a remote position.
