We are Hiring! On Site Technical Support Tier 1

We are looking for an On-Site IT technician that wants to start or build on their IT career path. This candidate should have the desire to interact with our valued clients remotely but also going to client sites for IT repairs, troubleshooting and set ups that can’t be performed remotely. This position is ideal for the IT lover that is beginning their career or jump starting with some experience in the IT field. You will be out in the field about 50% of your week on average. Our clients are mainly in the Central Ohio area.

Must have excellent written and verbal skills as you would be communicating directly to our clients and representing our company.

We are looking for someone who is looking to develop an IT career, not just collect a paycheck and be on a Help Desk for 20 years. This is a growth position within a growing company. You must have a thirst for growing and learning in technology. We value someone who has a passion for IT not someone who has the knowledge but doesn't care and bolts at 5:01pm.

This resource should be comfortable working in a team environment and directly with customers. We work in a business that changes rapidly, and our niche is staying in tune with those changes regularly so that we can apply our knowledge. Candidates should be willing to stay on the forefront of technology relative to the services we provide.

Salary is based on experience, knowledge and performance on a technical quiz.
