 Do all church staff use multi-factor authentication (MFA) for email and online accounts? 

 Is your church protected from phishing emails targeting donation accounts or staff members? 

 Do you have cybersecurity training for staff or volunteers who handle financial or member data? 

 Do you know how quickly your church could recover from a ransomware attack? 

 Are church financial records and member data backed up automatically? 

 Have you tested your backups to make sure they can actually be restored? 

Are donation records and financial systems protected from unauthorized access? 

 Does your church have separate WiFi networks for staff and guests? 

Is your church WiFi strong enough to support:

• livestreaming
• staff devices
• guest access
• presentation systems

 Do you know if your network firewall is properly configured and monitored? 

 Do you know how quickly your church could recover from a ransomware attack? 

 If your internet fails during a service, do you have a backup plan? 

 Is your streaming system supported by reliable network infrastructure?
